A villa garden on the Costa Blanca quickly turns from a forgotten plot into the most-used room of the house. We work it with Mediterranean restraint: species that survive the summer sun, irrigation sized to the planting, materials that age well with sea air.

We cover the full outdoor phase, from initial clearing to the night you first switch on the pergola lights:

• Clearing & ground prep. Removal of brush, debris and dead trees. Levelling and conditioning of the soil.
• Tree felling & pruning. Technical cuts on pines, palms and over-mature specimens, with a crane when needed.
• Timber pergolas. Treated beams, hidden anchorings, integrated lighting. Tailored to the porch or pool surround.
• Mediterranean planting. Centennial olives, lavender, rosemary, pittosporum. Low-water species that look good year round.
• Automated irrigation. Zoned drip lines, Wi-Fi controllers and soil sensors that minimise water and maintenance.
• Outdoor lighting. Recessed fittings, path lights, LED strips hidden in steps and skirtings. A considered night scene.

Every project starts with an on-site visit and is delivered planted, watered and running. If you wish, we also maintain the garden through the first season.
